First Degree Murder Alleged
This just makes me sick:
Jury selection took place Monday in the case of Cheryl Musso, formerly known as Botzet. Musso is charged with first degree murder in the death of her 11 year old daughter Ariel.Ariel was a diabetic. Prosecutors say her mother neglected to give her the insulin shots when she needed them. During the screening process, potential jurors are being asked if they know anyone who suffers from diabetes.
